Inspired by our Founder, Dana Strokovsky’s journey west from Chicago, Club 66’s name is inspired by the famous Route 66, representing both the literal and figurative paths that have led many transplants to the Westside of LA, more specifically, Santa Monica. One day, Dana would like to establish a new location in Chicago, creating a bookend with Santa Monica at opposite ends of the historic Route 66. Her vision blends her passion for storytelling, community, and teaching, creating a space where members can grow both personally and professionally. Through building meaningful relationships over the years, Dana was able to grow into the best version of herself. At its heart, Club 66 is about fostering connections, supporting local businesses, and empowering Santa Monica's residents to thrive together.

Club 66 is the first decentralized social club that’s designed to strengthen community bonds while revitalizing local businesses. Each partnership is carefully curated to provide diverse experiences, from professional networking to social and even romantic connections, building a true sense of belonging among members. Starting in CLUB 66 founder's neighborhood, Downtown Santa Monica, the club offers an array of benefits and VIP experiences through partnerships with local businesses and brands. Today, HQ1 is based in DTSM, with expansions on the horizon to other LA neighborhoods in 2025.

Dana Strokovsky brings a wealth of experience to Club 66, rooted in a journey that started on the East Coast (Philly native) and led her across the country to reside in LA. A marketing graduate of the University of Miami and former sports broadcaster for MLB and Fox Sports, Dana transitioned to corporate roles, building brands like Campbell’s Soup, Discover Card, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and Apple.

Dana founded Club 66 to foster community and support local businesses. Inspired by her journey west on Route 66, she envisioned a community for Santa Monica’s diverse transplants. Today, Dana develops partnerships and digital strategies for Club 66, empowering members to connect and support the local economy. When she’s not building her business, she teaches and mentors the next generation of brand strategists at USC Annenberg as a Part-time Professor.
